STYLISTS
Jill Lopez
I moved to Portland in 2010 shortly after graduating from beauty school in Denver, Colorado. I began working as a stylist at a salon in the Arts District, where my passion for hair dressing blossomed. My favorite thing about my work is the connection and friendship that I’ve built with my clients, who feel more like family at this point! My creativity doesn’t stop in the salon, I love all crafts, you name it, I’ve tried it! Over the years I’ve maintained a decent hobby of knitting and crochet, and I always go back to quilting. My guilty pleasure is anything Real Housewives related or Bravo for that matter. My husband Ben works from his art studio next door to our salon also in the Dana Warp Mill and we welcomed our sweet baby girl Rita in early 2023.
Erika St. Pierre
Hi, I’m Erika! I am a second generation cosmetologist whose first love of make-up inspired my interest in the beauty industry. I started my career with a two year apprenticeship, where I received all of my training hands on in a salon setting.
All of my specialties are tirelessly self-taught; I focus mainly in natural looking, blended hair color, and balayage that will look gorgeous throughout all stages of grow out. I also have extensive knowledge and experience in curly hair and love to work with all hair textures.
In the summer, I spend most weekends making brides feel their most beautiful on their big day! I love my job because it allows me to be creative everyday. The connections I get to make behind the chair bring many different perspectives into my life and it is a true benefit of my career.
When I’m not in the salon you can find me cooking and meal planning different healthy recipes.
